Abstract

目的 观察糖尿病并脑梗死患者血清中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)含量的变化及临床意义.方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定31例单纯脑梗死患者及32例糖尿病并脑梗死患者血清中的sICAM-1的含量并进行比较.结果单纯脑梗死患者血清sICAM-1含量于发病24 h内即升高,以后持续上升,7 d时达高峰,14 d后明显下降,21 d时基本恢复正常.糖尿病并脑梗死患者也有类似的规律,但与单纯脑梗死组患者相比,发病24 h、3 d、7 d时两者差异有显著性(P<0.01),于发病14 d时差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论糖尿病并脑梗死患者血清sICAM-1含量增加且比单纯脑梗死患者增加更显著,糖尿病患者脑缺血后更易导致脑损伤。
