Observation on Bayaspirin combined with Simvastati in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bayaspirin combined with Simvastatin in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods 112 patients with cerebral thrombosis were divided into 56 cases in the control group and 56 cases in the treatment group.Control group:Bayaspirin 0.1g,1 time/day; 1 placebo tablet,1 time/night,14 days for 1 period of treatment.Treatment group:Bayaspirin 0.1g,1 time/day ; Simvastatin 20 mg,1 time/night,14 days for 1 period of treatment.The clinical efficacy in the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate was 87.50％ in the control group and 94.64％ in the treatment group,the difference in the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Bayaspirin combined with Simvastatin can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with cerebral thrombosis,promote the recovery of neurological function.No adverse reaction was found.
