Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bayaspirin combined with Edaravone in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods 162 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis were divided into two groups: the control group( n = 81) and the treatment group( n = 81). The patients in the control group took Bayaspirin 0. 1 once a day and got intravenous drip of saline 100 ml twice a day 14 days for a course. The patients in the treatment group took Bayaspirin 0. 1 once a day and got intravenous drip of Edaravone 30 mg diluted with saline 100 ml twice a day 14 days for a course. Compare the efficacy in two groups. Results The total effective rate in the control group was 85. 18%,and 95. 06% in the treatment group. The difference in the two groups was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions The two groups can both improve the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients with cerebral thrombosis, promote the recovery of neural function. However, the clinical effect in the treatment group is more significant and adverse reaction is not found.
