Treatment and nursing of hyperbaric oxygenation for patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning

Abstract
Objective To explore the treatment and nursing of acute carbon monoxide poisoning patients by hyperbaric oxygenation; improve the knowledge about carbon monoxide poisoning and the ability of self-protection.Methods The varying degree carbon monoxide poisoning patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the patients received hyperbaric oxygenation treatment in the experimental group and adopt the corresponding nursing measures; the efficacy of two groups was compared.Results The curative effect of hyperbaric oxygenation treatment was remarkable,the effective rate and cure rate was very high.The cure rate of experimental group was 32.7％ and effective rate was 55.6％,the cure rate was 10％ in the control group.Conclusion The acute carbon monoxide poisoning should be taken earlier with hyperbaric oxygenation,reduce the occurrence of delayed encephalopathy.Doing a good job of various stage nursing is a key management during hyperbaric oxygenation treatment.
