Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of treatment for acute carbonmonoxide Poisoning (ACOP) and nursing procedure .Methods:62 cases of ACOP were treated by hyperbaric oxygenation.Control group were 49 Patients, the 111 cases were treated by identical methods except hyperbaric Oxygenation. treating group were treated under 2.5~3.0Mpa pressure. in addition Pre-treating? treat is going(Pressing?stabilijing?depressing)?left from chamber. the patients received nursing procedure Results:The effective rate of hyperbaric oxygenation was 91.9%. but control group was 73.7%.the comprison was significant(P0.05).Conclusion: the correct nursing is guarantee of effective treatment with hyperbaric oxygenation.
