Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing under stroke unit model on the recovery of dysphagia in stroke patients, and to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods 120 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the research object, and were divided into experimental group (early rehabilitation nursing under stroke unit model) and control group (conventional nursing care). The recovery of swallowing function, neurological function, the quality of life, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.33%, that of the control group was 65.00% (P 0.05); the scores of physiology, psychology, social adaptiveness in the two groups significantly increased after nursing (P<0.05), those of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 91.67%, and that of the control group was 76.67% (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing under stroke unit model has significant effect on stroke patients with dysphagia, has good effect on the recovery of swallowing function, neurological function, life quality and nursing satisfaction are improved significantly, worthy of clinical promotion.
