Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effects of dysphagia rehabilitation after stroke with the evidence-based nursing concept.Methods Sixty patients with dysphagia after stroke from Set.2007 to Dec.2008 were equally divided into to the rehabilitation group treated with evidence-based nursing and the control group according to odd or even number of the records.Each group had 30 patients.The functions of deglutition were assessed by the dysphagia scale before and after the treatment.Results After two weeks of rehabilitation nursing,the swallowing function was compared with that before the treatment.The total effective rates of evidence-based nursing group and the control group were 91.3% and 72.0%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing was effective in rehabilitation of swallowing function after stroke and could improve the quality of life.
