Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Dysphagia After Stroke

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods From January 2012 to January 2014,120 patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in treatment group and control group,cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with rehabilitation nursing method and the curative effect was evaluated after 4 weeks.Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing has positive effect on the improvement of swallowing function in stroke patients with dysphagia,which significantly improves the patient's eating difficulty and drinking water,and increases the confidence of patients' rehabilitation.
