Abstract

Objective To investigate early treatment measures for perforating injury of the eyeball.Meth-ods A cohort of 23 patients medical records of ocular performing injury were retrospectively analyzed.The anterior and posterior wounds were sutured appropriately.The posterior wounds sclera were placating sutured.Antibiotic treatment were initiated promptly both local and IV.Lensectomy and vitrectomy were operated at a selected time.Results None detached retina wag occurred at selected operation.Gonclusion The appropriate and timely initial treatment are essential for the selected operation and for the recovery of vision.
