Abstract

目的探讨长期低铅染毒对生长发育期小鼠学习记忆行为影响的机制.方法采用开场试验、T型水迷宫等行为观察和生化检测相结合的方法,观察长期低铅染毒对生长期小鼠学习记忆及脑内NO、SOD活性及MDA含量的变化.结果与对照组相比:(1)0.075%醋酸铅染毒组小鼠学习能力呈明显损伤(P<0.01);(2)0.075%醋酸铅染毒组小鼠脑内NO含量、SOD活性明显下降(P<0.01),而MDA含量明显升高(P<0.01).结论长期低铅染毒对生长发育期小鼠学习能力有显著损伤,这种损伤可能与脑内NO含量、SOD活性下降、MDA含量升高有一定的相关性.
