The clinical effect of nursing intervention for upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention for upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 80 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.Control group was given routine care,while observation group was given integrated care.Then analyzed the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results The overall efficiency of observation group was 97.5％,and that of control group was 85.0％,with significantly statistical difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The degree of satisfaction in observation group was 100.0％,and that in control group was 77.5％,with significantly statistical difference between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve patients' satisfaction on nursing,the clinical efficiency and patients' quality of life,which deserves to be promoted in clinical treatment.
