To Explore the Effect of Internal Medicine Nursing in Patients with Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Abstract

objective: to study the effect of internal medicine nursing in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods: selecting 152 cases of patients from April 2015 ~ April 2016 in our hospital as the research object, randomly select 76 cases of sample for control group and give them routine nursing care, the other 76 cases for the team to give medical care, compared the nursing effect of two groups. Results: the rate of nursing satisfaction , health knowledge master and treatment in research group is higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After nursing, the anxiety and depression symptom scores of the nursing group were lower than before treatment of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding after medical nursing improved the mental and physical health and can help to recover at an early date, it is worth promoting.
