Abstract
Objective To study theclinical value of the two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis. Methods Two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound in 55 cases of deep vein thrombosis patients were examined blood vessel diameter, the scope of thrombosis,thrombosis echo characteristics and blood flow. The results of acute deep venous thrombosis after the vessel diameter was obviously enlarged, thrombosis showed homogeneous low-echo images, chronic thromboembolic echo the higher parts of the lumen without thrombosis, or blood flow showed filling defect and could be secondary to deep venous valve function incomplete. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination can not only diagnose deep vein thrombosis,while a dynamic observation of its evolution, to determine clinical effects, the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of the preferred method.
