Abstract
Objective:To study the diagnostic value of two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for the formation of thrombosis in lower limbs deep vein.Methods:78 cases of lower limbs deep venous thrombosis patients in real-time observation of two-dimensional and pressure probes, display and color flow Doppler spectrum to observe the site of thrombosis、scope and degree of embolization, supplemented by diagnostic ultrasound test.Results:48 cases of the left lower limb thrombosis, right lower limb thrombosis in 24 cases,6 cases of thrombosis in both lower limbs.Acute lower limbs deep venous thrombosis in 54 cases,24 cases of chronic deep venous thrombosis. Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower limbs deep venous thrombosis is accurate、 non-invasive、extremely specific .And it is also right for the formation of thrombosis and dynamic observation in the process of thrombolytic therapy.
