Abstract
目的 观察床旁单泵驱动静-静脉血液滤过救治ICU病房多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的疗效.方法ICU病房MODS患者26例,综合治疗基础上行床旁连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)治疗,血液滤过前及后检测电解质、肾功、心率、血氧饱和度、血压.结果治疗后肾功改善,高钾纠正,心血管功能稳定,较治疗前有显著性差异,P<0.05.结论床旁CVVH救治MODS血流动力学稳定、疗效确切、经济简便、床边实施,利于更好更快地救治ICU病房MODS,可推广至全科。
