Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of bedside continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH)on hemodynamicsin patients with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods 26 patients with MODS were selected andtreated with bedside CVVH. and clinical objects were observed before and after the treatment eg heart rate ,bloodpressure,renal,electrolyte and arterial blood oxygen saturation(SPO2) et.Results Renal failure,Heart failureand acidosis was improved in all the patients; SPO2 was significantly increased (P0.05).Conclusion Simplebedside CVVH can provide a safe and effective method for the MODS patients in ecergency ICU and primary hospital
