Abstract

Objective To investigate the method and the efficacy of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration(CVVH)in treatment of multiple organ dysfunctions syndrome(MODS).Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 61 cases of 14 MODS patients,whom were treated by CVVH,and the MODS were caused by a variety of reasons,and analyzed its effects,complications and the biochemistry indicators before and after the treatments.Results Among 61 cases,the patients could tolerate it well,the percentage of solute clearance is high.There was no syndroms happened such as serious hypotension,disepuilibrium syndrome,and blood purification related death.Conclusion The blood dynamics of CVVH is stable,the percentage of solute clearance to small and medium-sized molecular solute is high.CVVH is an effective means for treating MODS.
