The effect of health education on the nursing effect and mental state of patients with pelvic fracture and the evaluation of their satisfaction

Objective To explore the nursing effect, mental state and satisfaction of patients with pelvic fracture guided by healthy education. Methods A total of 40 cases of pelvic fractures treated in this hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were selected.According to the nursing plan, they were didived into the two groups.The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received health education instruction on this basis. The intergroup complications, psychological status and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Health education guidance can effectively reduce postoperative complications of pelvic fracture patients, improve the psychological state of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
