The effects of psychological analysis and nursing care for the postoperative patients' mental state and complications

Objective To explore the effects of psychoanalysis and nursing on the mental state of patients after liver transplantation. Methods A total of 86 patients with liver transplantation in our hospital from April 2013 to September 2014 were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table, 43 cases of each group.The control group used routine nursing, and the observation group strengthened psychological analysis and psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of mental state improvement, the satisfaction of nursing quality and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the overall mental state score of the observation group were(53.21±11.02) points, which was significantly lower than those of the control group(64.32±12.43) points, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). TBIL, AST, ALT and DBIL liver function indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The overall nursing work score was significantly higher in the observation group(93.98±7.56) than that in the control group(82.96±9.05), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of total vascular complications(6.98%)and the incidence of biliary complications(9.30%) in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Liver transplantation patients with a reasonable psychological care, which can improve the patient's mental state, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the patient's satisfaction with the nursing staffs.
