Trimetazidine Treatment the Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Effects on Cardiac Function

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease and to observe the changes of ultrasonic parameters. Methods From August 2016 to August 2017, 120 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 60 patients in control group were treated with routine therapy.In the observation group, 60 patients were treated with trimetazidine on the basis of routine treatment. Results There was no significant difference in SVG COCI and EF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the improvement of ultrasound indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease, the effect of trimetazidine was better than that of routine treatment.The survey of patients′ satisfaction showed that the observation group was superior to the control group, and the ultrasonic indexes of the patients had obvious changes.It is beneficial to the recovery of health of patients with coronary heart disease, and should be further popularized and applied clinically.
