Clinical Observation of Rrimetazidine to Senile Coronary Heart Disease(CHD) 50 Cases

Objective:To investigate the senile coronary heart disease by Qumei trimetazidine treatment clinical effect.Methods:This study selected a total of 100 cases in our hospital in 2010,are from May to 2012 May were randomly in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group is divided,in the regular program based on the treatment of control group,combined with isosorbide dinitrate tablet in treating;added to the observation group Meimei trimetazidine treatment,review the relevant treatment.Results:The two groups before treatment,LVEF had no obvious difference,after treatment were increased,but the observation group improved significantly higher than those in control group(P0.05).In two groups of patients before the extent of ST segment depression,ischemia duration,ischemic episodes were not significantly different,observed after treatment group were superior to that in the control group,each index(P0.05).In observation group,the total efficiency of 94%,the total effective rate in control group was 72%,the total clinical efficiency observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05 only).Conclusions:In elderly patients with coronary heart disease by Qumei trimetazidine treatment,can significantly improve the clinical total effective rate,improve patient symptoms of myocardial ischemia and cardiac function,high safety,good prognosis has provided a guarantee.
