Clinical analysis on Vinpocetine in treatment to chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency

Objective To observe the efficacy of Vinpocetine in treatmont to ohronic cerebral circulation insufficiency. Methods 60 patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency were randomly divided into 2 groups, one group is treated group, the other one is control group, 30 cases for each group. The treated group received treatment of Vinpocetine 20 mg per day intravenously for 7 days, the control group received treatment of Xueshuantong 300 mg per day intravenously for 7days. Both groups all used Aspirin for basic treatment.Results The cure rate was 60%, the total effective rate was 93.3%, the cure rate of control group was 33.3%,the total effective rate of control group was 80%. The treated group was better than the control group. Gonclusion The effect of Vinpocetine in treating chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency is obvious.
