Clinical experience of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective
To summarize the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia.
Methods
29 cases of stroke hemiplegia were randomly selected as control group, receiving acupuncture treatment; 29 cases of stroke hemiplegia were randomly selected as study group, receiving acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training treatment. Compared the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups.
Results
QOL score, Fugl-Meyer score in study group after treatment were (53.7±4.2), (62.46±5.18), those in control group were (41.9±5.2), (54.21±3.09), with statistically significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training has significant treatment effect for stroke hemiplegia, can improve the ability of limb movement of patients.
