Observation on curative effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of renal hypertension

Objective To observe and analyze the curative effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of renal hypertension.Methods From July 2011 to October 2012,the renal hypertension patients admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group.Observation group received amlodipine combined with valsartan treatment,patients in control group was only given amlodipine therapy,the treatment effects of two groups were observed 1 month later.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 80.0％,that of control group was 65.0％,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of renal hypertension has good clinical effect,it is worth for clinical promotion use.
