Curative effect observation of TVT-0 treatment of stress urinary incontinence in female

Abstract

Objectives To discuss the clinical efficacy of TVT-0 treatment of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).Methods Retrospective analysis was made of the clinical observation of SUI patients from September 2008 to September 2011.Results The average operating duration was 25 min (from 15 to 45 minuts) and averae blood loss was 40ml (20 ～ 60m).With average follow-up of 6 month (3 ～ 12 months),15 patients were cured and 3 patients were improved.Conclusions TVT-O treatment of SUI is simple and safe operation with fewer trauma or complications,and is an effective ideal way.
