Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of risk predictive intervention on the recovery and nursing care of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage during perioperative period, and to accumulate evidence-based data for follow-up quality diagnosis and treatment. Methods Using computer as the selection medium, 42 patients who met the inclusion requirements and who were admitted from January, 2015 to September, 2016 were named as a control group, and were given traditional nursing intervention. 42 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted from October, 2016 to June, 2018 were named as a study group, and the risk prediction intervention was conducted on the basis of the control group; risk assessment was carried out before and after operation; the level of care safety was assessed; and corresponding interventions were implemented according to the assessment results. The hospitalization time, the number of emergency cases, and the number of emergency operation cases in the two groups were compared. The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events before and after first weeks of intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the study group was (11.3±2.1)days, which was shorter than that of the control group [(16.7±2.8) days]. The study group found that the change rate of the disease was 40.5%, which was higher than the control group (19.1%). The proportion of emergency operation cases in the study group was 35.7%, which was higher than that in the control group (16.7%). The satisfaction rate of the nursing service received by the study group was 97.6%, which was higher than the control group's (83.3%). The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 16.7%, which was lower than that in the control group (45.2%). There were statistical differences between these two groups (all P<0.05). Conclusion The application of risk predictive intervention in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can promote their recovery and the effectiveness of nursing work.
