Abstract
目的 探讨自体角膜缘移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效.方法 对27例(29眼)复发性翼状胬肉行自体角膜缘移植术,术后随访6月至2年,平均1年2月.结果 角膜上皮愈合良好,稳定,无新生血管或结膜样组织增生,角膜光滑透明,无睑球粘连,无复发.结论 自体角膜缘移植为病变区提供了新的干细胞来源,降低了术后复发率,是一种有推广价值的手术.
