Abstract
Objective To recognition again differential diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of cervical lymph nodes enlargement. Methods We retrospectively evaluated 92 patients who underwent cervical lymph nodes enlargement of the ultrasonographic features and pathological diagnosis. Results Color Doppler ultrasonographic results were analyzed and compared with the surgical and pathologic findings,CDFI had a diagnostic accuracy of 88.1%. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has clinical value for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cervical lymph nodes enlargement. Key words: Color doppler flow imaging; Cervical lymph nodes; Enlargement
