A practice of evidence - based nursing teaching method in the training of nurse post- 80s operating skills

Objective To explore the effect of evidence - based nursing teaching method in the training of the training of nurse post -80s operating skills.Methods An evidence -based nursing teaching method was used to training approaches,training arrangements and selection of trainers based on the characteristic of nurse post 80s in 163 samples.Results Nursing skills were considered rising 20.1％after implementing evidence - based practice,nurse - post - 80s'satisfaction increased by 14.9％ and a 13.1％ drop at the aspect of impacting daily work since attending the training.The average mark at the tests was improved (3.41％) in the post test.Satisfaction rate was climbed to 47.1％ by developing evidence based practice.Conclusions A positive effect is detected in nurse training programs by implementing evidence - based practice.Nurse - post - 80's enthusiasm to the training program is increased through education on evidence - based practice in addition to an improvement of trainer's capability.
