The training scheme revision and teaching effect evaluation of the second session of the community nurse training class

Objective:To summarize the revising procedure of training scheme of the second session of the community nurse training class,and evaluate the teaching effect.Methods:Totally 46 nurses who attended the second session of the community nurse training class were investigated.Results:The satisfaction rate of teaching content,model,management,the level of teachers,teaching method was more than 89%.Over 80% nurses thought they learned much from the classroom-teaching and the clinical practice,mastered theory and nursing skills,and were able to apply theory into community nursing.Conclusion:This session of the community nurse training class has good effect and provides guidance for exploration of the community nurse training model.
