Abstract
Objective To study the clinical nursing effect of bladder dysfunction after cervical cancer operation. Methods 86 cases of cervical cancer treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2016 were selected, and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table, 43 cases in each group. The patients of control group received routine nursing intervention after operation, while the patients of study group received comprehensive nursing intervention. Nursing related indicators, nursing satisfaction, the rate of urinary retention were compared between two groups. Results Postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time, the rate of urinary retention in study group were better than those in control group [(48.26±13.34)h vs.(60.47±15.62)h, (11.36±2.84)d vs.(15.13±3.18)d, 2.33% vs.25.58%], nursing satisfaction in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (93.02% vs.60.47%), with statistically significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional nursing intervention, the comprehensive nursing intervention has the characteristics of short treatment, recovery period and high nursing efficiency, which is of clinical significance. Key words: After cervical cancer operation; Bladder dysfunction; Comprehensive nursing intervention
