Abstract

目的观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果.方法随机采用自体角膜缘移植术(甲组)与结膜移植术(乙组)治疗95例(105眼)翼状胬肉,术后随访观察6～12月.结果甲组复发率为1.85%,乙组为17.65%,经x2检验,甲组复发率低于乙组.结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉,术后复发率低,安全有效,是一种较好的方法.
