Abstract

Obiective TO study autotransplam tation corneal limbus stem cell transplantation therapeutic pterygium is effect. Methods 87 cases(95 eyes)pterygium were excised under microscope with corneal limbus stem cell transplantation. All cases were followed. up for 12～24 month5. Results Three eyes after the operation. were respectivelied recurrentrate 3.44%. Conclusions:Micro-surgical. excision of pterygium combined.with corneal limbus stem cell transplantation. therapo utic's effect is cure. this oporation is good treadment promote the therapeutic effect.
