Application of dezocine for hyperalgesia in patients receiving intravenous anesthesia with remifentanil

Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine on hyperalgesia in patients receiving intravenous anesthesia with remifentanil,and to assess the safety and efficacy of dezocine.Methods Sixty patients who had undergone laparoscopic surgery were included in this study.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The duration from the beginning of analgesis to the completion of surgery was markedly longer in the study group of patients than the control group (P＜0.05).The study group was superior to the control group in Ramsay score at T1,T2,and T3 (P＜0.05); VAS score was better in the study group than in the control group at T3 (P＜ 0.05).Time to awakening and tube drawing,respiratory depression,and nausea and vomiting did not differ significantly (P＞0.05).Conclusions Dezocine can effectively control or improve hyperalgesia and relieve postoperative pain in patients,and it has higher safety.
