Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid to promoting postoperative wound healing of catheter drainage with high anal abscess. Methods Sixty patients of high perianal abscess hospitalized in Shanghai Changning Tianshan Hospital of Traditional from July 2015 to June 2017 were divided into treatment group and control group according to the digital random table method. Both of the two groups were treated by the catheter drainage. The treatment group use Kangfuxin liquid to wash abscess cavity from the 2nd day after operation while the control group use metronidazole liquid. Compare the extubation time, wound healing time, anal pain and exudation in the 3rd, 7th, 14th day after operation, the total effective rate after one month, the recurrence rate and the rate of anal fistula formation after six months. Results The treatment group need less extubation time (t=3.506, P=0.001) and wound healing time (t=-6.64, P 0.05), and the anal fistula formation in the treatment group (6.7%) is much less than the control group (30%) with significant differences (χ2=5.455, P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid can promote postoperative wound healing of catheter drainage with high anal abscess, produce anal pain and exudation. It is validity and worthy of clinic application. Key words: Circumanal glands; Abscess; Catheter drainage; Wound healing; Kangfuxin liquid
