Observation of Curative Effect of Kangfuxin Solution in the Treatment after the Complex Anal Fistula Surgery

Objective To evaluate the curative effect and safety of Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment after the Complex Anal Fistula Surgery.Methods 100 patients with the Complex Anal Fistula were randomly divided into two groups.After the surgery,in the control group,whose wound was applied vaseline gauze and the wound was applied antibiotic gauze in the study group.The time of wound healing was observed as well as the side effects.Post-operative complications also was been analyzed.Results The observing group could shorten the wound healing time,decrease post-operative complications and reduce adverse reaction.Its effect was better than control group(P0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Solution plays a remarkable role in shorten the wound healing time with few adverse effects,with little Post-operative complications,which is good for clinical application.
