Curative effect observation of Kangfuxin Liquid for postoperative treatment of children perianal abscess

Objective:To probe into the curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid for postoperative treatment of children perianal abscess.Methods:61 inpatients with perianal abscess admitted to the proctologic department of our hospital from January 2004 to January 2009 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group(31cases) and the control group(30cases) after operation.The treatment group received the dressing change with Kangfuxin Liquid and the control group adopted routine dressing change.Results:The average healing time,granulation growth cycle and cure rate in the treatment group were all superior to those in the control group(P0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Kangfuxin Liquid has definite curative effect on treating children perianal abscess,reduce the wound healing time and recurrence rate and increase the curative rate,which is a safe and effective dressing change preparation.
