Abstract
Lentivirus vector is a gene therapy vector that based on HIV-1. Distinguished with other retrovirus vectors,it can infect both divided and non-divided cells. It can effectually integrate exogenous gene into host ehromosome and sustain long-term expression. Lentivirus vector can infect many kinds of eells, such as nerve eell, hepatic cell, cardiac muscle cell, tumor cell, endothelial cell, stem cell, and then produce a good effect in gene therapy. RNA interference is a developping new technology for the past few years, it ean inhibit target gene effectually by small interference RNA,it has a good prospect in gene function research and gene therapy.
