Consideration on construction of graduate medical education under the concept of medicine-education cooperation

Synergy of medical education is the only way to improve the quality of clinical medical personnel training in China. This paper analyzed the new demands for the reform of clinical medical education to construct standardized training system for resident doctors/specialists, unified training standards, strengthen training base construction; clarified the new challenges of the establishment of clinical medical personnel training model, strengthening the function of educating in hospital faced by medical education after graduation; proposed the specific measures that orderly connecting the graduate education and college education, standardized training system for resident doctors and specialists training system, standardized training system for resident doctors/specialists and Master/Doctor degree of clinical medicine professional degree system, in order to provide reference for establishing and perfecting education system after graduation, and cultivating qualified clinicians.
