The Analysis on Current Physician Training System in China

In China,current physician training system includes education on medical school,medical education after graduation,and continuing education of the physician.Education on medical school is a fundamental institution.Medical education after graduation and continuing education in close connection with the actual needs can effectively improve the quality of Medical staff,and the two-stage education is necessary measures for a medical students to become independent physician in the Medical activities.The three stages interrelate.But we will deeply analyses the problems in the three stages and make recommendations to provide information and reference in the current physician training system in China.
