Abstract
目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在胃癌患者血清中的水平及其临床意义.方法应用ELISA法,对50例胃癌患者血清的VEGF水平进行测定,并同期检测30名健康人的血清VEGF水平作为对照.结果胃癌患者血清VEGF水平明显高于正常人;VEGF水平与胃癌肿瘤大小、血管侵犯、淋巴结受累及远处转移密切相关;随着临床病理分期的上升,VEGF水平亦明显升高.VEGF水平与肿瘤部位、组织学类型及患者的性别、年龄等因素无关.结论血清VEGF水平与胃癌的浸润、转移密切相关,术前检测血清VEGF水平,对预测胃癌的侵袭和转移具有重要的临床意义。
