Implementation of high-quality nursing in obstetrical department

Abstract

] Objective To improve the nursing level through observing the effect and analyzing the experience of implementing high-quality nursing in the obstetric and gynecological department. Methods Seventy-four pregnant women were divided into the high-quality nursing group and the conventional nursing group,with 37 women in each group. Corresponding nursing methods were given to the two groups of pregnant women and the scores of nursing quality and the results of health education and satisfaction degree were observed and analyzed statistically. Results The high-quality nursing group was superior to the conventional nursing group in the scores of ward management,nursing operations,clerical writing,critical nursing and rehabilitation nursing(P0.05) and superior to the conventional groupin the childbirth and postpartum knowledge awareness rate and coverage rate and the maternal satisfaction degree(P0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing has important clinical significance in clinical practice,thereby worthyof wide application.[
