Abstract
Objective To explore the use of humanization nursing management in nursing work. Methods From December 2013 to December 2014 were humanized nursing management of 80 cases of patients, as a group; Then select in November 2012 to November 2013 were traditional nursing care of patients, 80 cases of the control group. Compared to two groups of nursing error rate, nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group nursing error rate was significantly lower than the control group, significant difference(P0.05); Observation group nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group, significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The humanized nursing management can effectively improve patient satisfaction with care, and reduce nursing error rate, reduce the dispute of nurses and patients, worth clinical promotion.
