Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on patients' perioperative stress reaction.Methods Two hundred patients with gynecological surgery were chose,and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group were given routine gynecological nursing,and patients in the intervention group were given preoperative psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing intervention according to the results of the questionnaire filled in by patients,the patient' vital signs,pain and postoperative recovery were observed.Results In the intervention group,patients' heart rate,blood pressure changes were significantly lower than those of control group,the pain was slight than that in control group,postoperative bowel movements and leave bed activity time was significantly shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).Conclusions It can reduce patients' stress reaction according to the needs of patients with psychological nursing intervention,and promote the patient' recover as soon as possible.
