Obsetvation the effect of nursing intervention on relieving pain after gynecological abdominal surgery.

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on pain of gynecological surgery patients.Methods:210 patients with gynecological surgery were randomly divided into observation group(n=108) and control group(n=102).The control group used usual care while the observation group were to be implemented on the basis of nursing intervention.Compared the degree of postoperative pain.Results:Before the intervention,degree of postoperative pain in comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).After nursing intervention in patients with postoperative pain compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).After nursing intervention the two groups were compared with the utilization of analgesics,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can alleviate postoperative pain in patients with gynecological and lower utilization rate of patients with pain medication,the patient had in crossing the comfort of postoperative pain,and promoting the rehabilitation of patients improve the quality of nursing.
