The Psychological Impact of Nursing Intervention for Perioperative Orthopedic Surgery Patients

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the psychological impact of nursing intervention for perioperative orthopedic surgery patients.Methods:120 orthopedic surgery patients from January 2009 to January 2010 treated in our hospital were chosen as the research object.All patients were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly.The control group were taken routine care in perioperative time,and patients in the observation group were taken nursing intervention.The preoperative psychological reactions for the two groups and postoperative pain were compared.Evaluate comprehensively impact of nursing intervention for orthopedic surgery patients.Results:The study showed that the preoperative psychological reactions for two groups were compared,the grade Ⅰ+Ⅱlevel of psychological reactions in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P0.05.There was statistically significant.The postoperative pain rate were compared.The postoperative pain rate for the observation group was significantly lower than the control group patients,P0.05.There was statistically significant.Conclusion:Nursing intervention for patients with orthopedic surgery and preoperative preparation with a full range of sychological and health knowledge for patients have good effect on improving the mental state of patients and is important to prognosis of patients.And it is worthy of clinical application.
