Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with diabetic cataract. Methods From May to November 2018, 92 patients receiving diabetic cataract surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received routine nursing care+ predictive nursing , with 46 cases each. The complication rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of predictive nursing in perioperative care for diabetic cataract patients can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients. Key words: Predictive nursing; Diabetic cataract; Perioperative nursing; Quality of care
