A research on application of culture nursing to renal transplant patients in the stage of rehabilitation

Objective To investigate the effects of culture nursing to renal transplant patients in the stage of rehabilitation.Methods 64 patients discharged from hospital were selected,they were divided into two groups randomly.32 eases in experimental group,32 cases in control group.Patients in experimental group were treated with culture nursing for 3 months.Patients in control group received routine nursing.Compared the level of patients' anxiety and depression before and after intervention in experimental and control group.Results After culture nursing intervention,the score of anxiety,depression were showed significant reduction in the compared with the (P < 0.05).there were no statistical significance in the score of SAS,SDS of two groups before intervention.The score of SAS,SDS in experiment group is lower compared with control group after three monthes' intervention.The discrepancies were statistically significant.Conclusions Culture nursing can release renal transplant patients' negative emotions and enhance their psychological rehabilitation.
