Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of emergency treatment of amiodarone on coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia. Methods Sixty-two patients with coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia in Linfen Central Hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 31 cases in each group. The experimental group received routine emergency rescue and amiodarone treatment, and the control group received routine emergency rescue and lidocaine treatment. The cardiac function indexes, total effective rates and incidences of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment, the indexes of the two groups were significantly improved, and the stroke volume, cardiac output, ejection fraction and other cardiac function indexes were better in the experimental group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group (93.55%) was higher than that in the control group (80.65%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group (12.90%)was lower than that in the control group (29.03%), the difference was significant ( P<0.05). Conclusions The use of amiodarone in the emergency department for the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with tachyarrhythmia can effectively improve the myocardial ischemic symptoms, promote the improvement of patients’ heart function, prevent the disease from further aggravating, and it have positive clinical promotion significance. Key words: Emergency department; Amiodarone; Coronary heart disease; Tachyarrhythmia
