Amiodarone Clinical Observation of 43 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease Ventricular Arrhythmias

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular arrhythmias and adverse reactions,used for clinical reference.Methods:Coronary heart disease patients with ventricular arrhythmias were treated in our hospital from April 2010 to October 2011 to 86 cases as the object of this experiment.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional therapy,the experimental group patients given amiodarone treatment in the control group on the basis of the two groups were compared the efficacy in the treatment two months later.Results:The experimental group after treatment,the total effective rate of 90.70%(39/43);patients in the control group total effective rate was 76.74%(33/43),the experimental group,the total efficiency higher than that in the control group,the statistical analysis χ2=5.84,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Ventricular arrhythmias in coronary heart disease patients given adjuvant treatment of amiodarone can be achieved better therapeutic effect,and convenient administration,drug safety.
